Ingredients
- 1 yellow pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 small courgette
- 3 cloves of garlic
- soy sauce
- cornstarch
- 150 g natural tofu
- extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Convivia organic chilli pâté
Preparation
In a bowl, marinate the tofu with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch.
In a pan, cook the roughly chopped vegetables (after having washed and cleaned them) with garlic cloves with a little oil. Cook for about 15 minutes. Then add the tofu with all the soy sauce and cornstarch sauce. mix well. Add 1/2 teaspoon of Convivia organic chilli pepper paté at the end of cooking, making this dish spicy and tasty!!
